Once an order has been submitted, you will be provided order status and shipping information and receive the tracking number (via email) once your order has been shipped.

We currently ship to all locations within New Zealand and United States.

Shipping charges 10$ for order under $100. We offer free shipping order over $100 in the New Zealand and United States

Every effort is made to dispatch your order as soon as possible. All orders are processed after placing the order.

Handling time 1-3 Business Days

Transit time 7-15 Business Days

What happens after I place an order?

You'll receive a confirmation email from us after your order is placed containing your order number and your order receipt. Your order will typically ship out within 1-3 business days (not including holidays). Please check your spam folder for the confirmation email if you don't see it in your inbox. 

If you don't receive a confirmation email, please email with the subject line "Order Confirmation Not Received" and someone from our team will get in touch with you.

We will reach out to you separately for items of a custom nature to ensure the proper customizations are applied. These items will only be processed and shipped out after we receive the customizations.

Shipment processing time 

Every effort is made to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Processing time is 1-3 business days. The transit time is approximately 7-15 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as it has been shipped.

Which carriers do you ship with?

We use a variety of reputable carriers, including but not limited to NZ Post, USPS For orders of high value, carriers will may ask for a signature upon delivery. 

How do I check the status of my order?

Simply track your order using the tracking number we provide you through email. If you haven't received a tracking number after 7 business days, please email and we will assist you from there.
