Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns and We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please ensure that all tags, labels, and accessories are intact and accompany the product.

Return Process: To initiate a return,  you can contact us at with your order details and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number, which you will need to include when returning the product.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and it will not cost anything to customer. As well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We don't charge re-stocking fee.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographic evidence or further information to assess the issue and provide the appropriate resolution. For defective products, returns include free shipping. This means that you will not be charged any shipping fees (USD 0.00), and there will be no restocking fee (USD 0.00).
